Current Positions:

  • Working either second or third shift, our residential workers are responsible for ensuring safe operations in our 3.1 and/or 3.5 residential buildings. Residential workers are a role model for our residents by adhering to house policies and procedures and creating a safe environment for all. Residential workers may need to obtain urine or breathalyzer screens from clients, or complete incident reports in the case of an emergency. Residential workers must also administer medications to residents as required and document administration.

    To qualify for this position, you must hold a high school diploma or GED, must be able to provide a BCI & NCIC, and must have 2 years sober if in recovery.

  • Our outpatient counselors are individuals who hold chemical dependency licensure or are working toward licensing. They provide individual substance abuse and/or mental health counseling for our clients who live in our sober houses or who are back out in the community.

    To qualify for this position, you must be licensed or be working toward your licensure, must be able to provide a BCI & NCIC, and must have 3 years of sobriety if in recovery.

  • Our residential counselors are individuals who hold chemical dependency licensure or are working toward licensing. They provide both individual and group substance use counseling for our residents of our 3.1 or 3.5 level of care. They maintain a professional and therapeutic environment for our clients while they are in our houses.

    To qualify for this position, you must be licensed or be working toward your licensure, must be able to provide a BCI & NCIC, and must have 3 years of sobriety if in recovery.

  • Our intensive outpatient counselors are individuals who hold chemical dependency licensure or are working toward licensing. Our IOP counselors work part-time and run substance abuse groups based off of our curriculum on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings for clients who need a higher level of care than our outpatient, but lower than residential.

    To qualify for this position, you must be licensed or be working toward your licensure, must be able to provide a BCI & NCIC, and must have 3 years of sobriety if in recovery.
